Prepare batter for 1 pkg. (18 to 20 oz.) brownie mix (13×9-inch pan size) as directed on package. Stir in 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Pour half the batter into greased 13×9-inch pan; top evenly with 12 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies. Cover with remaining batter. Chop 5 additional cookies; sprinkle over batter. Bake in 350°F oven 20 to 23 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool. Makes 24 servings.
CHIPS AHOY! Ice Cream Pops
Poke hole in center of each of 8 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies with wooden pop stick. Set aside. Chop 8 additional cookies. Spoon half the chopped cookies evenly into 8 (5-oz.) paper cups; top each with 2 Tbsp. softened vanilla ice cream. Repeat layers. Top with reserved whole cookies; press gently into ice cream. Insert wooden pop stick into hole in each cookie. Freeze 3 hours. Makes 8 servings.
Grilled Banana Mini-Pies
Slice 8 bananas. Arrange in single layer on centers of 8 sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Top evenly with ½ cup dulce de leche and 8 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies. Fold foil to make 8 packets. Grill on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. Serve topped evenly with 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping. Makes 8 servings.
